Private Bedrooms in The Grand Victorian is rented separately,
with access to the common spaces of the Home. A short 3
Month Lease is standard, but other options are available. Monthly
Installments Rates range from $315 -to- $379. These prices include
all Utilities Paid.
This magnificent 6 Unit Victorian
home has all of the attributes that you'd expect from a classic
historic home: 12 Foot Ceilings, Solid Wood Doors, Classic Chandeliers,
Corniced Ceilings, Detailed Wood Trim, beautiful Fireplace Mantels,

Tenants are only responsible
for the rent of one room. Each of the Bedroom units is large
enough, that most Tenants set them up like Efficiencies. The
Common Spaces are shared with the other Tenants as well as the
On-site Manager. These Common Spaces include two full bathrooms*, a fully equipped kitchen,
a living/dining room, the two main hall ways, and a backyard patio.
